Aus Elite Pty Ltd was established in 2012 by Trevor Gleeson. Trevor has coached professional basketball overseas and in Australia for the past 20 years. During his coaching travels in the United State of America, South Korea and in Australia he has always looked to find the latest coaching techniques, trends and improvements in a variety of sports.
The Championship Coach is very passionate about coaching education and providing a platform for coaches to educate themselves. Trevor believes that coach education and self improvement are the starting foundation that drives athletes and teams to be successful.
Aus Elite primarily works with elite coaches knowledge, skills and intellectual property of their chosen sport. It provides a Mastermind Coaching Seminar for the elite coaches in their sport to pass on knowledge to the next generation of coaches. Influential coaches from the highest level of sport in Australia can share their philosophies, methods and strategies over a selected 2 or 3 day weekend.
Aus Elite will be establishing the Mastermind Coaching Seminar over a number of different sports. The inauguration 6 sports covered by Aus Elite are – Aussie Rules Football (AFL), Basketball (NBL), Netball (ANZ Championship), Rugby League (NRL), Cricket, and Soccer (A-League). Aus Elite will be holding the Mastermind Coaching Seminar during the off season for each particular sport to ensure the best coaching talent is available.
Coaches, both junior and senior levels, can attend the Mastermind Coaching Seminar to educate themselves with the latest trends, techniques and coaching philosophies from the some of the games best coaching minds.
Another aspect of the Mastermind Coaching Seminar is that coaches will be able to network with other coaches, find job opportunities, and see first hand how professionals see the modern game.
If coaches cannot attend the Mastermind Coaching Seminar, Aus Elite provides an educational platform at MastemindSeminars.com.au. There is an opportunity for coaches to subscribe to the online seminar videos where they will be able to access their chosen coach/es video from the weekend. Coaches can keep a copy of videos from the Mastermind Coaching Seminar weekend as a resource during their season, to introduce a new system or structure for their team, or to use one of the many training drills for their practice sessions.
The educational database is full of resources from the inaugural Mastermind Weekend in 2013 to the current year for all coaches at the junior level through to coaching at the senior elite level . We will continue to grow the DVD library through our annual Mastermind Coaching Seminars and make them available while providing an enjoyable environment where coaches can freely access coaching information and build their own sports library.
